Will is a speaker, coach, marketer, and strategist.
While you may not have met him, chances are you’re familiar with his work. In his 15+ years of being an award-winning marketing executive, he’s built the strategy, innovation and messaging for both global and local brands. From national restaurant chains and global consumer goods to celebrities and adult beverages, he’s worked with brands that you likely either see or use every day.
He’s a firm believer that communication is at the root of most business challenges. As a result, he enjoys working with employees at all levels to build support for strategic vision and helping find measurable ways to keep teams focused and delivering their best work.
Will brings a unique perspective to each client. Having spent time in the hospitality, consumer packaged goods, retail, technology, and financial services industries, he has a keen understanding of what it takes to form stronger connections with both employees and customers in a variety of situations.
Will holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from the University of Georgia. He is also a Certified Coach and 5 Voices instructor through GiANT Worldwide and a Certified Facilitator of Working Genius.

Danny has spent his 20+ year career in sales, business development and project management across a variety of organizations and industries.
Over the past 10 years, he’s focused on the healthcare space because helping others (particularly in elder care) is and always will be a passion of his.
Danny serves as our Chief Development Officer and helps COOP and our clients find the best programs to enhance their leadership skills and implement them within the organization accordingly.
You would be hard pressed to find someone as magnetic and whole-hearted as Danny.
As one of our coaches, he enjoys working with individuals contemplating change and balance within their lives and is known for diving deep with thought-provoking and empathic questions.
Danny resides in Watkinsville, GA and is the better-half of Will.

Steven is a digital strategy leader at Coop, focused on building the systems that help organizations grow without chaos.
He has worked in digital marketing since 2008, including 13 years with a leading Atlanta-based SEO agency, supporting clients across the trades, technology, legal, and medical industries to improve visibility and performance both locally and nationally.
At Coop, Steven helps teams align marketing with business goals by simplifying their tech stack, tightening internal processes, and creating workflows that make planning, execution, and measurement easier.
His background in tech startups and search marketing shapes a practical approach: prioritize what moves the needle, choose tools that fit the team, and build repeatable systems people will actually use.
Steven has lived in the Athens area for over a decade and stays connected through community involvement, including the Athens Chamber and coaching at East Athens Little League.
He and his wife, Rileigh, are raising three kids with their dog Maggie. Outside of work, you’ll usually find him smoking BBQ, listening to local music, catching a great film, or getting outdoors to fly fish, camp, golf, or hike.

Jay brings over 12 years of experience in economic development, sports tourism, and destination marketing to the COOP team.
His career began as a Marketing & Promotions Assistant for the University of Georgia Athletic Association before working in the Facilities/Event Management office. For over 6 years he served in various business development roles with the Athens (GA) CVB, where he served as the lead recruiter for sporting events to Athens and promoted the city's recreational assets.
Jay's expertise in sports tourism, marketing, and community development enabled him to grow significant roots in the Athens area and form beneficial relationships with hundreds of local businesses and hospitality stakeholders.
Jay is a proud Georgia resident and avid Dawgs fan, having grown up in Cumming before moving to Athens to begin graduate school. He holds a BBA in Business Management from Georgia College & State University and an MS in Kinesiology from the University of Georgia.
His work in the community includes Books for Keeps, Athens Community Council on Aging, Oconee Parks & Recreation, and the Athens Jaycees, where he currently serves as President of the board.
In his free time, Jay enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to sporting events, cycling, and honing his cooking skills.

His background in CPG, retail and grocery, distribution, partnerships, PR and media has shaped a perspective that values community, creativity, and doing business the right way.

Nic is a graphic designer with a passion for storytelling through design and a career that’s been anything but ordinary. Nic got his start at The Creative Circus in Atlanta, studying Graphic Design and honing both creative and technical skills.After graduating,
Nic joined The Beer Connoisseur magazine as its first designer, helping build the publication from the ground up—an experience that shaped his ability to develop a brand from scratch. After seven years, Nic transitioned into the corporate world with Fidelity Bank (now Ameris Bank), focusing on print collateral and billboards that communicated trust and professionalism.
Nic later joined the design studio Finished Art, where they spent six years working closely with Coca-Cola. During that time, Nic expanded beyond traditional design into packaging engineering, bottle and can label design, digital billboards for major sporting events, and web advertising.
Most recently, Nic combined two greatest passions—craft beer and design—by co-founding South Main Brewing. There, Nic built the brand from the ground up, applying years of experience to bring a unique, cohesive identity to life.
